After getting an 8-6 win in game one last night, Georgia Tech is going for the series win out West. The Yellow Jackets are off to their best start since 2010 and they look to continue the momentum today.

Jones gives up a single, but no runs allowed. Game is tied 0-0 going to the 2nd.

Hernandez hit a leadoff single to start things off, but nothing came after it. Game is 0-0 going to the bottom of the inning

Jones allowed one single, but no runs. Game is tied 0-0 going to the 3rd inning.

Giesler got a leadoff double and then he advanced to third after Brosus flew out. A sac fly from Lodise scored the first run of the inning and the Yellow Jackets have a 1-0 lead going to the bottom of the 3rd.

Lackey lined out to start the inning, Shouse singled and Giesler walked to put two runners on. Brosius grounded out, but advanced the runners. Lodise then extended the lead with an RBI single. GT leads 2-0 going to the bottom of the inning.

Another scoreless inning for Jones. GT leads 2-0 going to the 6th

Jones hit the leadoff batter and gave up a double to put two runners on with no outs. After giving up his first run, he was pulled in favor of Jaylen Paden. Paden gave up an RBI single that tied the game 2-2 going to the 7th.

Lackey hit a leadoff double to start the inning and then Neises came in to pinch hit for Shouse. Giesler hit a one out RBI single to take the lead back 3-2. Brosius and Lodise could not get a hit and it is 3-2 going to the bottom of the inning.

Stanford got the inning started with an RBI single and after recording the first out, Paden gave up an RBI double that tied the game 3-3.

Burress blasted a solo home run to start the inning to give Georgia Tech the lead back 4-3. Daniel singled and then got to second on an error. Hernandez then hit an RBI double to make it 5-3 with no outs. Kerce grounded out, but advanced Hernandez and then Lackey brought him home with a sac fly that made it 6-3. Neises walked and got to second, but then Giesler struck out to end the inning. It was a three-run inning for the Yellow Jackets to take the lead

Brosius grounded out to start the inning, but Lodise was hit by a pitch and then Burress doubled to put runners on second and third with one out. Daniel then walked and Kerce got a 2-RBI double push the lead to 8-3 and Lackey followed it with a 2-RBI single of his own and all of a sudden it was 10-3 with two outs. Neises grounded, but Georgia Tech had full control of the game now.
